The sustainability project manager is responsible for leading the execution of our sustainability initiatives within the Segment. This role involves planning, project management and cross-department collaboration to drive the successful implementation of sustainability programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of sustainability standards and the ability to engage and motivate global, diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Program development and management:
Co-design, co-ordinate, co-implement and manage key sustainability initiatives that align with the Segment objectives. Co-develop project plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and effective execution. Stakeholder management:
Listen to and collaborate with internal teams, including but not limited to, finance, sourcing, engineering, operations, Lean, EHS. Build relationships with external stakeholders, as needed. Performance tracking and reporting:
Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and measure the success of sustainability initiatives. Prepare and present regular progress reports to leadership and stakeholders. Risk management:
Identify potential challenges and risks associated with the roll-out of the initiatives and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with applicable sustainability regulations and standards. Continuous improvement:
Keep up to date about industry trends, best practices and new initiatives in sustainability. Identify areas for improvement, trends and patterns to then define and propose continuous improvement projects for both processes and impacts. Budget management:
Oversee budget allocation for sustainability initiatives and track expenditures, ROI to ensure financial efficiency. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business administration or a related field, master's degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, ideally with a focus on sustainability. Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a global environment. Additional Information
