Job Description
We are looking for a Project Portfolio Manager to join our GHO IT Services team in the Global Core Application Platform Division in GOSP Generali.
The candidate will collaborate to oversee and manage a portfolio of IT projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and effective change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect needs across the business functions to create the project plan Coordinate the budgeting process, providing challenge to project scope and estimations Prioritize and select projects based on strategic goals Monitor project progress and performance Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders Conduct portfolio reviews and reporting Organize and manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to evaluate and approve project changes Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Project Management methodologies (e.g., Prince 2, PMI, Scrum) Project's economics and financials management Experience in managing a project across the whole SLDC Deep knowledge of the change management process Fluent in English SOFT SKILLS
