Role overview
SuReal is looking for a Sustainability Lead Italy : a dynamic, entrepreneurial engineer who supports us in expanding business in the Italian real estate market and manages a wide range of projects in Italy/Belgium. You identify opportunities and build partnerships within the sector.
What you will be doing
Drive new business by identifying market opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders in the Italian real estate industry. Consult on sustainable building projects, advising architects, developers, and engineers on green certifications and sustainable concepts. Coordinate green certifications such as BREEAM, LEED, WELL. Work with colleagues in Brussels and Milan on performing energy, comfort, and material studies (LCC, EPB, daylight and thermal dynamic simulations, LCA...) Manage projects from inception to completion, including organization, scheduling, and budgeting. Represent SuReal at industry events and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Master's degree in Engineering with specialization in construction, energy, or architecture. Min. 4 years of experience managing sustainable real estate projects, preferably with a focus on certifications such as BREEAM, LEED, or WELL. Eagerness to learn, grow and share your knowledge exponentially over a short time. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and impact. Fluency in Italian and English.
