Role overview SuReal is looking for a Sustainability Lead Italy : a dynamic, entrepreneu rial engineer who supports us in expand ing business in the Italian real estate market and manage s a wide range of projects in Italy/Belgium . You identify opportunities a nd build partnerships within the sector. What you will be doing Drive new business by identifying market opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders in the Italian real estate industry Consult on sustainable building projects, advising architects, developers, and engineers on green certifications and sustainable concepts. Coordinate green certifications such as BREEAM, LEED, WELL,…. Min. 4 years of experience managing sustainable real estate projects, preferably with a focus on certifications such as BREEAM, LEED, or WELL Eagerness to learn, grow and share your knowledge exponentially over a short time Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and impact Fluency in Italian and English.
