Supply Chain Trainee

Supporting the Montblanc Italy Supply Chain Team, the Supply Chain Trainee will learn what it takes to deliver a significant part of the turnover for Montblanc Italy.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Responsible for the products supplying of the stores to ensure the best delivery delay.Boutique's contact for every question of products availability.Follows up and manages firm orders from the supplier to the final delivery in the boutique.Balances the stock between boutiques to optimize products availability vs assortment.Manages internal transfer.Follows up and communicates supplier delivery delay information to boutiques, the Marketing Department, and management.Checks the weekly automatic replenishment.Requests stock and availability.Management of data in the system (updating the assortment, reference, description, prices, category, status...).Analysis and follow up on the evolution and the volume of monthly deliveries and novelties.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering.Similar previous experience in either FMCG, luxury, or fast-paced environment is considered a plus.Commercially orientated, pro-active, and result driven.Excellent organizational skills, resilience during peak times.Team player, willingness to support, and curiosity to learn.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to adapt the communication style to different stakeholders.Italian mother tongue or fluent.
