Client Description:
Supply Chain PlannerOur Client is an International Company, leader in the production of cleaning systems and they are looking for a Supply Chain Planner, responsible of planning and sourcing of items from external suppliers/sub-contractors from all over the world for his/her site with responsibility for stock and service levels.Key ResponsibilitiesKeeps the relationship with suppliers, both from an operative perspective (POs creation & articles master data accuracy in SAP), and from a strategic/management perspective supporting Procurement function (monitoring on-time deliveries performance and overall supplier service level);With regards to sub-contracting production planning, he/she is responsible for ensuring both the highest possible customer service level and an optimal inventory level by frequently reviewing safety stock parameters;Is responsible for the achievement of Supply Chain KPIs for his/her area of responsibility (e.g.
:
ICSL, OTS, inventory value) and for the implementation of possible counter-measures in caseof negative results;Records goods movements (inbound and outbound) in SAP and keeps the connection with sub-contractors under his responsibility regarding documents management;Additional Responsibilities Supports the launch of new products interacting strongly with external suppliers, sub-contractors and other external local and Regional/Corporate colleagues (e.g.

Production/R&D/Controlling/Regional Supply Chain);Supports Procurement colleagues regarding new suppliers' scouting;Should participate in company projects aiming to improve overall internal efficiency (e.g.

digitalization projects);Professional Experience and Education Preferably Degree in Management EngineeringAlternatively, evaluable previous experience of at least 3 years in other company roles with requirements in line with those required by the task.Specific knowledge Knowledge of concepts, logics and models of production planningKnowledge of products, technologies and machinesInterest towards the worlds of planning/suppliers management/management of multi-functional projectsGood knowledge of IT, mainly SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel)Fluent English requiredSpecific competencies Negotiation skillsGood interpersonal and Communication skillsProblem solving#ENGnovind21Responsibilities:
