Duties: Plan and direct programs designed to meet the functional needs of the installation's mission and keep abreast of impact and effect of new or regulatory material and requirements imposed on the installation. Develop the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) forecasted requirements for the Installation Transportation activities. Synchronize day-to-day actions of the UMC and ITO into a strategic, consistent ILBLS for tenant and supported organizations. Make decisions on work problems presented by subordinate supervisors/leaders; evaluate subordinate supervisors/leaders; and serve as the reviewing official on evaluations of non-supervisory employees rated by subordinate supervisors. Requirements: One year trial/probationary period may be required. Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. This position requires you to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter. Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship. Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance. Incumbent must obtain Supervisory Certification within 12 months of entrance on duty.
