THE ROLE As Jr. Analyst, you will have the opportunity to contribute and promote a Data driven culture.
You will maintain solid data source, reference for our Ops.
You will support Planning & Analytics Team to partner with Business stakeholders to scope, design and offer optimal solutions for critical projects, leveraging on the usage of analytical techniques and technology to manipulate and transform complex datasets into insights and recommendations for the team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Collect data from different sources to create a complete, solid Data repository/platform, unique source of truth for Ops.
Support developing a powerful reporting tool and dashboard, to visualize and monitor metrics and performances, thus increasing awareness and supporting decisions.
Opportunity to handle multiple projects with different stakeholders, in line with scale-up need of our business model, according to available technology and process roadmap.
Design and development of reports and insights, ensuring robust models are used to build Analytics, and quality of the output always controlled and guaranteed.
Build great working relationships with counterparts in Product, Sales, Digital, Finance, Customer Ops and Logistics, thus supporting your manager on projects/requests for the larger Operations team.
WHO ARE YOU You have relevant education/experience in Data & Analytics, with interest in international consumer goods companies, sporting goods or fashion industry.
You have a Master's Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or related.
You demonstrate a conceptual understanding of Supply Chain business models, with a continuous improvement mindset.
You have understanding/interest on Data modelling, reporting technology, Data visualization tool, such as PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, and you are Excel user Strong interpersonal and written/verbal English communication skills are a must.
