You support our team as EMEA Supply Planning Specialist Responsibilities Managing the replenishment from production sites and/or suppliers and follows up deliveries. Being the single contact per production site/supplier purchasing for all organizations in his/her region and exceptionally also for other regions in case of international suppliers. Defines supply capacity needs (short-mid term). Checks available capacity against demand and initiates measures at production and suppliers to match capacity with demand. Communicates, manages, and solves actual and potential supply issues and take allocation decisions in case of bottleneck. Manages phase-in/ phase-out situations in alignment with Category SCM and local SCMs. Responsible to achieve agreed stock levels and Service levels for his/her region. Responsible to define the optimal safety stock levels in all countries for his/her categories responsibilities, in alignment with local SCMs. Provides input to procurement on supplier performance, if managing Supply Planning from external suppliers. Responsible to develop a tool for assessing Capacity VS Demand with external suppliers under his/her responsibility. Qualifications Bachelor in business and administration or in industrial engineering (University or University of applied sciences). 2 years' experience in SCM Planning Dept ideally in consumer goods company or B2B. Deep user knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel mastery. Knowledge of relevant ERP (MRP, parameters, Logics) and relevant Planning systems (SAP, IBP, ..). Very good English skills. Be a team player with strong communication and influencing skills enjoying to work in an international and intercultural environment and a Matrix-organisation.
