You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Commander, Navy Region Europe, Africa and Central (CNREURAFCENT) in of COMMANDER NAVY REGION EUROPE Capodichino, Italy.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a Program Analyst advising and directing CNRE military, civilian and local national manning levels, distribution, utilization, and programming resources for activities.
Specialized Experience may include: Expert knowledge in workforce management with a wide range of knowledge in qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness or the improvement of complex management processes and systems.
Knowledge of federal employment and staffing legislation, regulations, rules, processes and requirements.
Comprehensive knowledge of the full range of administrative laws, policies, regulations and precedents applicable to the administration of one or more important personnel programs.
Experience in mentoring, training and developing Workforce Managment Specialists.
