Management And Program Analyst

You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Fire Emergency Services (FES) Region Office of COMMANDER NAVY REGION EUROPE Capodichino, Italy.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties as a Management and Program Analyst: Conducting analytical studies of management functions to improve effectiveness and efficiency of organizational structure, programs, manpower use, staffing levels, and performance quality levels.Applying management theories, Total Force Manpower, and human resources concepts, rules, and regulations to develop and coordinate manpower program requirements.Analyzing budget data, processes and submissions to review and approve budget requests and allocation of resources.Developing and executing budget requirements to ensure required manpower, funds, and resources are available.Implementing corrective measures within the framework of various program requirements to ensure mission initiatives are met.Resource and Budget Analysis - organizing and updating all information management systems to track a workforce.Manpower Analysis - Handling, communicating, and applying laws to issues concerning finances and human resources.
