Strategy&Advisory Consultant - Fmcg

Job Description
We are looking for experienced strategy advisors to join our Strategy and Advisory team.
The candidate will be involved in a variety of high profile engagements to support global leading companies in defining strategic guidelines, assessing their business operations, providing insight and recommendations, designing corporate transformation roadmaps, and supporting them in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities:
Leverage your 2-3 years of consulting experience to understand the clients' needs and ambitions, supporting them in defining how to improve efficiency and effectiveness leveraging best practices and digital technologies.
Lead in design and create deliverables that meet specific project goals and objectives (e.g., assessment, strategic guidelines definition, operating model optimization).
Identify and proactively propose solutions and approaches to address client's challenges, drawing on your consulting experience.
Coach and mentor business analysts in your workstreams, to develop their skills and professional capabilities.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders bringing industry insights and consulting expertise.
Requirements:
Master's degree and excellent academic record in Business Administration or Engineering Management.
2-3 years of experience in consulting, ideally in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry and within the Commercial Excellence domain.
Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to quantitatively and qualitatively assess problems and communicate responses across a range of issues.
Can-do mentality and problem-solving approach: envision potential issues, analyze and proactively find solutions.
Highly effective project management skills.
Team player.
Effective written and verbal communicator in Italian and English.
