The candidate will pro-actively interface with central and business functions in project management and for business model design.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign processes and organizational structures and support the development of new business models.Implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives, evaluating the achievements of the declared qualitative and quantitative objectives.Support to coordinate project teams to implement the strategic initiatives.KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCEMaster's degree in Management Engineering.A previous 2-year experience in a consulting firm focusing on the insurance business would be a plus.Strong analytical and project management skills.Knowledge and experience with workflow measurement and process design/reengineering.Ability in new analytics methodologies (e.g., process mining) would be a plus.Very proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work using a data-based and quantitative approach.Ability to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholders.Strong attitude in teamwork.Fluent in Italian and English.Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
