• Leads the procurement activities of all projects associated with the integration of a recently acquired company (Kries)
• Ensures all the Compliance & Sustainability requirements are met
• Drives standardization of the Procurement processes during a merge process
• Co-develops strategy for assigned supplier portfolio in accordance with the corporate commodity strategy
• Responsible for delivering annual business results (ex. Cost savings, supplier performance and compliance)
• Conducts spend analysis, market insights and total cost of ownership
• Drives reporting process to give visibility to the business unit of cost change projects
What your background should look like:
• Very strong analytical and computer skills
• 5+ years of experience managing sourcing projects
• Experience in Compliance & Sustainability
• Experience in supplier management
• Critical thinking & curiosity
• Background in Automotive/Appliances/Aerospace/Industrials is a plus
• Experience in buying Electronics is a plus
• Good common sense in process and risk management/mitigation
• Strong potential and willingness to grow within Procurement organization.
• Bachelor's degree in economics or engineering
• Fluent English, German is a plus
