Then you might be our new Director of Strategic Business Development, SER & TMA in Danfoss Drives Segment.
In this role you will be part of the Drives SER Leadership Team, driving and supporting the 3 main country organizations in SER (about 100 people based in Italy, France and Spain) and the TMA Drives sales team to develop the Distribution sales channel and the network of our System Integrators dedicated to Drives Solutions.
You will also drive the growth the DrivePro business in the 2 Regions and support the Sales Directors and the Regional Heads to define and implement the strategic growth plans.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for the development of the Sales & Service Partners network, through local adaptation and implementation of the global Partner Excellence Program (PEP) and definition of action plans for Southern Europe and TMA
- Responsible for the development of the System Integrator Network dedicated to Drives Solutions, following the guidelines of the global Integrator Expert Program (IEP) and adapting it to the local market situation through focused transformation maps and action plans
- Support the Country sales organizations to boost the growth of DrivePro sales, through process optimization, sales initiatives and cross country synergies
- Contribute to the definition of the strategic growth plans for the region and support the Regional Heads and the Country managers to execute
**Background & Skills**:
You hold a** **Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology field or equivalent.
You have about 10 years' work experience in sales & service combined with +5 years' experience from management roles.
You have experience with distribution sales and drives solutions engineering, including the after sales service business.
You know how to build strategic plans and indirectly drive resources to execute and it is essential that you excel in clearly defining and communicating the business strategies and in getting the commitment to turn them into actions.

You have the drive that it takes, are eager to challenge and can embrace the ongoing changes that we meet every day.
You are known for your open-mind and communicative approach.
