Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will manage the one of our stores located in Venice.Our Retail channel is very dynamic and growing quickly, and is central for the development of our company, with direct stores in Italy, UK and US and planned openings in other European countries.
It's a great opportunity for an ambitious talent who wants to make a difference in the Retail world.Key Responsibilities:Being in charge of the store PLManage the team to reach together business goalsMaintain high standards of selling technique and customer experienceDrive trainings for the team and new entries as motivator and guideCommunicate effectively to the team to ensure each person is up to speed with key updatesMonitor store KPIs and performance, manage store calendar (shifts, orders, forecast and inventory management) in order to reach company goalsPromote and guarantee Venchi's service modelExecute visual merchandising guidelines and layoutsPromote smart initiatives to improve practical solutions and fill possible gapsThe ideal candidate:2 years of store managementA former experience in an international retail-oriented company will be considered a plus1 year of People Management at leastResult oriented with ability to effectively multitask in a rapid work environment, by meeting all deadlinesStrong relation, negotiation and organizational skills with constant attention to detail and performanceProblem solving and decision-making mindset combined with ability to manage both independent and teamworkAbility to create and develop data-driven business strategiesInternational mindset, fluent in Italian and EnglishPositive and flexible…and obviously a chocolate and gelato lover!Join us at Venchi and help us bringing the Italian way of life and delicious flavors to every corner of the world!
