Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Director, or similar leadership role within luxury fashion or high-end retail.
Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and manage a team in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Skilled in analyzing sales data, managing budgets, and making informed, strategic decisions.
Exceptional at clienteling and developing lasting relationships with high-profile clientele.
Expertise in visual merchandising and creating an elevated in-store atmosphere.
Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
