Ensure all food and equipment are delivered on time to all functions as specified. Schedule, assign daily work, inform, and train team members. Monitor, observe, and assist in evaluating team member performance. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications One to three years of experience in a similar position. Professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
