Stem It - Supplier Quality Manager

We are looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to help us shaping the future.
Based in Milan, within the Purchasing area of the Projects Business Unit, reporting directly to the Cost and Materials Director.The candidate will have the following responsibilities:> Drive the development of Supplier Quality framework in the Business Unit- analyze current quality activities vs needs- propose the best set of activities and tools (framework) to support the future landscape- apply the framework based on risk associated to suppliers/materials- continuous improvement of the framework> Drive the application of Risk Assessment for suppliers and materials in the Business Unit- coordinate the process with all relevant functions- analyze the results and define action plans to reduce and control risk areas - lead plans execution> Be primary point of contact for suppliers quality issues (for materials) - monitor suppliers performances in terms of NC- coordinate the resolution of NC - propose and lead specific initiatives to reduce suppliers NC> Define supplier quality KPIs, set up and execute a plan for their implementation and continuous monitoring> Align with Corporate Quality and Project Business Unit Product Quality- support NC resolution for Corporate suppliers- participate to audits at supplier premisesMUST HAVEWe are looking for a Supplier Quality Manager with the following skills:>Engineering or technical background>Previous experience > 7 years>Solid professional experience in Supplier Quality management – preferably developed in automotive, home appliances or oil&gas.>Extensive experience on audit execution and follow up>Familiarity with complex organizational context and excellent in stakeholder management>Proactive, curious, results driven and committed to manage complexity and challenges>Excellent team building abilities>Fluent in English>Willingness to travel (max 30%)NICE TO HAVE>Multi-industry experience>Audit certificationYour application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
