Monza DPD site is looking for a dedicated Coordinator, QC Equipment Calibration to provide additional value in the Quality Control Function.

Specific information – Discover impactful work:
As QC Equipment Calibration Coordinator, you will join the QC Equipment Calibration team, working to guarantee the correct calibration and maintenance status of the QC laboratories equipment of DPS QC laboratories.
Your main duties will be, but not only related to:
Execution daily calibration activities
Management of equipment calibration status, in compliance with GMP regulations
Provide support for analytical hardware and software related tasks, run in compliance with logical security regulations
Assure the accurate team-related documentation management, both in paper and in electronic format, in compliance with GMP regulations
Users training (internal and external)
Participating in instrumental documentation issue and update
Vendor management and activities supervision
Whereas needed, you will involved in the following activities:
Management (creation/update/decommissioning) of documentation, as Risk Assessment, CAPAs, Master Excel Spreadsheets,etc…
Changes and deviations impact evaluation, and relevant action plans implementation.
Evaluation in purchasing/installation/dismission of equipment and in new projects reliability.
QC Equipment troubleshooting activities.
Participation/Support for audit related topics.

Keys to Success:

Education
University degree (Chemical, CTF or equivalent) or diploma with meaningful experience in this role.

Experience
Previous experience in a GMP pharmaceutical laboratory, or as a Supplier for Laboratory Equipment production company.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Good English level (written and spoken).
Knowledge of GLP/GMP regulations.
Knowledge of analytical techniques, laboratory equipment and related software.
Precision and attention to details.
Collaboration, self-organization demeanour and good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of data management system ( Trackwise, Documentum) is helpful.
