You will be working in a multinational environment, with the opportunity to implement challenging HR Digital Transformation programs for Clients operating in different sectors in Europe.In particular, you will:Work in the Human Resources field, with a focus on: Organization Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation Benefits;Support the implementation phase of HR Digital tools such as SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, ServiceNow, among others;Collaborate on the design of new HR processes based on customer requirements, participate in user review sessions and stakeholder meetings, as well as the programs execution phase;Support senior colleagues during the discovery phase, in the definition of HR Business Cases, Proof of Concept implementation and industrialization for HR.If you share our passion for consulting and have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:Master's degree student in Management Engineering or Economics (currently pursuing);Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) and preferably good proficiency in German, French, Spanish or Portuguese.
