Headquartered in Italy, IRCA Group has a strong track record of growth over the last decade, with 22 manufacturing facilities all over the world, 2000+ employee and €1 billion of revenues.Purpose of Position:Support colleagues in quality assurance activities of the production site, both within the departments and through the planning activity, to ensure that raw materials, processes and finished products reach and meet the established standards.In the role, the candidate will reach more and more autonomy in the assigned tasks, as he/she will be supervised by a senior colleague in order to progressively complete more complex tasks: Monitor business processes to verify protocol application and compliance with predefined proceduresPlanning and conducting quality control activities and internal inspectionsCoordinating and supervising the analysis of raw materials and productsWorking together to produce data sheets of incoming raw materials and processed productsAnalyze and process customer satisfaction and customer quality dataRequisitions:Education: degree in Food Science and TechnologyProfessional Skills: Knowledge of food technology the main analysis toolsExperiences Not requiredLanguage Skills: English proficiencyComputer Skills: MS OfficeBehavioural requirements:Excellent analytical skills.Good communication and relationship skills.Analytical and time optimization capabilities.Ability to work in a dynamic context.
