This role reports directly to the General Manager of the Hotel and cooperates with the external RSPP.
Responsibilities The SPA Manager will be responsible for the efficient operations of the SPA department by coordinating a team of therapists, cosmetologists, masseurs, pool runners, sports trainers, hairdressers and SPA receptionists, providing holistic wellness, beauty treatments and services, overseeing the overall smooth SPA running and efficiency. The SPA Manager will guarantee that every day-by-day SPA processes, standards and procedures are implemented, provided and maintained at the highest level in every corner of the SPA.
The SPA Manager will develop the SPA team, assure all administration duties (e.g., but not limited to time scheduling, cost control and supplies) are well maintained and effective.
The SPA Manager will assist in welcoming and orientating customers, SPA reservations, always with the top level of hospitality and professionalism, consenting special requests if possible.

Minimum Requirements Minimum 3 years of management experience in a luxury SPA Proven knowledge of the holistic and wellness trends A SPA qualification is preferable Experience and familiarity with all health and safety rules (e.g., the legal/fire/safety practices pertinent to the role) Italian, German and English confidence are mandatory High confidence with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Team building, high standing, stress management, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility, customer centricity and humility are a must Legal right to work in Italy
