The ideal candidate needs to have previous experience in a similar position and have strong administration and finance skills.
Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day spa operations, ensuring a luxurious and seamless guest experience.Lead and develop a team of therapists and staff, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.Ensure each guest receives personalized care, enhancing their overall spa experience.Oversee budgeting, revenue management, and cost control to meet financial targets.Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality in all spa areas.Develop and execute strategies to promote spa services, attract guests, and drive revenue.Lead a team of 7.Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience in spa management, in a luxury hotel setting.Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to manage financial performance and achieve revenue targets.Fluent in English and Italian.If you would like to have more information about the role, please apply or send your CV to ******.
