We are looking for a SEO Sales Manager to be employed in our Milan office.
This role is responsible for the growth of the SEO's revenue through the acquisition of New Logo prospects and selected New Existing opportunities. You will own and drive the sales process while partnering with the SEO Director to develop the Go-To-Market approach and collaborating with the SEO Managers to manage client's portfolio and the team. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding your sales target.
Job Title: SEO Sales Manager
Job Description: You will: Generate and develop New Logo opportunities, also on cold calling.Own and be accountable for the delivery of a standardized pitch process.Identify and target cross-sell opportunities.Negotiate and close deals.Own and grow supplier relationships to explore new solutions.Manage your financial pipeline and demonstrate command and understanding of your pacing, gap closing strategies and ability to meet expected revenue goals.Analyze the market and the competition.Qualifications: 7+ years of SEO experience.5+ years of business development experience in the digital field.Primary business contacts list.Proven ability to exceed sales goals while contributing to the overall team success.Proven ability to understand people and contexts to develop strategic partnerships.Brilliant communication skills and self-confidence.Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.Analytical attitude and critical spirit.Personal Specification/Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.Effective time management and project management skills. Team working and collaborative attitude.If necessary, able to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.Time Type: Full time
