What we can offer you Negotiable salary based on experience Hybrid and flexible working options for an ideal work-life balance Customised training and development plan Your key responsibilities as the Senior VAT Consultant In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting Indirect Tax returns across various jurisdictions, including VAT, ECSL, and Intrastat.
You will also advise international clients on VAT and International Tax matters, identify tax optimisation opportunities, and assess client operations.
Collaborating with senior teams will be crucial for planning and structuring tax operations, as well as managing VAT recovery and refund processes in foreign jurisdictions.
Requirements Applicants should possess 4-5 years of experience in the tax division of a large corporation, tax office, or consulting firm.
A Master's degree in Taxation is desirable.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is a must, along with a comprehensive technical knowledge of VAT.
Furthermore, candidates should have a good understanding of customs, excise taxes, and international direct taxation.
