We are building a highly technical team focused on solving complex engineering challenges in game development. Our Technical Business Unit will be at the forefront of optimization, porting, and technical support for various high-profile projects. We're looking for skilled engineers who want to dive deep into the code, free from the typical game development drama, and focus on pure programming and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to porting efforts for AAA titles across multiple platformsDevelop and implement optimizations for both CPU and GPU performanceDesign and maintain low-level architecture for game engines and systemsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure technical excellenceProvide expert-level support for ongoing projects and post-launch activitiesResearch and implement cutting-edge rendering techniques and technologiesContribute to the growth and capabilities of our internal technical teamRequirements:
5+ years of experience in game development (10+ years preferred)Expert-level proficiency in C++ programmingExtensive experience in console game development (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S)In-depth knowledge of modern graphics APIs (DirectX, Vulkan, etc.)Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in game developmentExperience with multi-platform development and portingExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentPassion for video games and cutting-edge technologyNice to Have:
Experience with game engine architecture and developmentStrong background in rendering techniques, low-level architecture, and optimizationsKnowledge of assembly language and low-level optimization techniquesFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce)Experience with performance profiling toolsBackground in mathematics, particularly 3D math and linear algebraWhat We Offer:
