Senior Relationship Manager - EnergyWe are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join one of the Italian branches of an International Bank.
The Bank has developed into one of the top large banks in the world, possessing an excellent customer base, a diversified business structure, strong innovation capabilities, and market competitiveness.
Description Job Purpose: Assist with building and managing relationships with energy and natural resource clients based in Italy.Manage all aspects of the client portfolio including credit risk management, KYC/reputational risk, client planning, and product and service origination.Work with product partners to identify, originate, and execute new products and services with a particular focus on trade finance, project finance, working capital solutions, cash management, and risk management solutions.Help establish client and sector appetite in coordination with internal stakeholders.Coordinate and resolve conflicts and/or customer support issues as they arise.Prepare introductory memos to internal committees.Understand and analyze client's business model, underlying transactions, and the ensuing credit, compliance, and operational risks for the Bank.Analyze audited and/or management financial statements including consolidated and individual aspects of borrowers, guarantors, and counterparts with higher concentration risk.Coordinate the receipt of required legal documentation such as guarantees, insurance covers, covenants, etc.Maintain the highest possible risk mitigating standards by following the operational procedures developed by the Branch.Profile University degree.10+ years experience in the role.Job Offer To be defined based on the candidate's seniority.
