WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGDriving a strategic sales plan that expands Panasonic's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the Italian marketProduct responsibility for all passive components, power electronics, electromechanical components, sensors, and wireless modulesIdentifying and acquiring new business opportunities and understanding new marketsUnderstanding customer requirements commercially and technically, nurturing your customer base as well as providing technical consulting and project follow-upWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAcademic degree in business, electrical engineering or comparable qualificationAt least 2 years of experience in a sales-driven position in a B2B environmentTechnical mindset combined with commercial understanding and know-how of passive componentsSolution-orientation, customer focus and accountabilityStrong networking and presentation skills as well as excellent listening skillsProficient in Italian and EnglishWillingness to travel; a driving license is requiredWHAT WE OFFERInternational work environmentFlexible working hours with mobile work optionsVarious training and development opportunitiesAttractive salary package and benefits (e.g., company car)ABOUT USPanasonic is one of the largest and leading electronic product manufacturers in the world.
