We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who will report directly to our CEO to lead and coordinate programs and product launches that are critical to Scalapay's strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both project management and product marketing.
THE MISSION Improve the cross-functional execution of strategic projects to make Scalapay best in class at delivering and achieving its ambitious short and long-term objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own the delivery end to end of key cross-functional initiatives and product releases that are critical to achieving Scalapay's short and long-term objectives.
Coordinate project delivery across Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Ops teams.
Ensure initiatives and product releases adhere to timelines and objectives with thorough planning and monitoring.
Implement processes to improve cadence and accuracy of program delivery.
Manage budget for the projects.
Analyse, evaluate, and overcome project risks.
Weekly reporting of project progress and forecast.
Facilitate change management across the organisation to support the new initiatives, sharing best practices and creating "playbooks." OUTCOMES Develop and implement at least 3 major project initiatives across various functions in the organisation within the first year to deliver program outcomes.
Work with different stakeholders to ensure delivery of projects within 10% of scheduled timeline in year 1 and 5% in year 2.
Deliver programs with max 10% budget variance.
Achieve a target ROI on projects to within 15%.
WHO YOU ARE Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management with a focus on product launches.
Experience working in a regulated environment (highly desirable).
Background of delivering projects on time and budget.
Understand the complexities of working within the financial and digital industries.
Experience in a startup/scaleup environment where meeting urgency aligns with compliance.
COMPETENCIES Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate project vision, objectives and strategy effectively.

Highly skilled in coordinating diverse teams to reach shared objectives.

Great at giving feedback and coaching organisation to improve execution.
OTHER SKILLS Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of Italian is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Quicksight, and SQL is a plus.
