WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHThe PMO is an international and cross-functional team that ensures projects are delivered in complex systems on time and within budget while meeting all required quality standards. The team is determined to build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, customers, partners and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL DOThis is a high-profile project management position where customer relationship management and advocacy for Eurotech's technical assets are strategically crucial. As a Senior Project Manager you will work together with Solution Architects, the pre-sales team, and other stakeholders in the development of project statements of work. You will be responsible for planning and overseeing the development of projects from their inception to the final delivery. You will pro-actively manage the communication with the customer, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans, and continuously coordinate with other departments in the organization. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Senior Project Manager, after an initial training phase, you are expected to:
Develop full-scale project plans according to a statement of workSchedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and delivering regular progress reports, documentation and presentationsCo-ordinate internal resources to ensure the customers' needs are satisfied, whilst ensuring that Eurotech's business interests are maintainedMonitor and control project scope changes, identifying risks and devising contingency plansPro-actively manage all communication with the customer and project's stakeholdersImprove internal project management processes and best practices through retrospective analysisContinue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practicesWHO YOU ARE5+ years of experience in a project management capacity, including all areas of process development and executionDegree in an Engineering related subjectBasic knowledge of agile methodologiesBroad understanding of electronic hardware and softwareBasic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needsExperience with Jira or similar project management toolsAbility to coordinate a team, drive consensus, and customer issuesStrong communication, organizational, and analytical skillsExperience with the execution, agility, and culture required in a fast-growing businessStrong oral and written skills also in English and the ability to work well in a distributed team environmentWHY EUROTECHEurotech is a visionary leader in IoT and Edge AI technologies, acting with speed, dedication, and ambition.
