Senior Manager Recruiting Italy (f/m/d) Your key responsibilities Define and implement effective sourcing plan according to the forecast PEX approved by the HR Director Cluster Italy Provide end-to-end recruiting at production site (manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, customer service, quality and pharma-related positions but also commercial roles), attracting and hiring specialists and managers, ensuring a successful onboarding process First point of contact for candidates, internal stakeholders and external service providers Act as an ambassador for the Italian Aenova sites, perform active-sourcing activities, publish and share jobs (country-specific job boards, attend career fairs, network in communities, utilize target-oriented platforms and social channels, build up a talent pool database, support the implementation of a referral program) Collaborate closely with Corporate Talent Acquisition / Recruiting team, hiring managers and the entire group Define and implement effective sourcing strategies together with the Corporate Talent Acquisition / Recruiting team Define and maintain recruiting KPIs Represent Aenova at recruitment events and career fairs Your profile Completed studies in economics, psychology, educational science or a comparable qualifications Several years of relevant professional experience in an international industrial and fast-paced environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical technology or food industry Professional experience in active sourcing and end-to-end recruiting for industrial and technical employees Mandatory: native Italian speaking, fluent in English, both written and spoken (essential for communication with headquarters in Germany) High level of consulting skills and customer orientation Proactive and goal-oriented way of working High social and intercultural competence, aptitude to attract, hire, retain and develop employees Willingness to travel between the Italian sites as well as occasional trips to the HQ in Starnberg, Southern Germany Your motivation Are you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment?
