We are looking for a Senior Manager Digital Content (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.Job RequirementsDuties & ResposabilitiesLeads the full digital content production and drives the Project Managers (PM) to the creation innovative and bespoke content for the customers.Has a constant knowledge of the market offer and the research of new technical solutions to upgrade the Infront offers to its partners.Be part of the discussion with customers and receive the first brief about the definition of the Content PlanDefine the feasibility of the project working on the analysis of the costs and the resources involvedDesign the big picture of the project, understanding the needs and how to get it feasible with the budget at disposalLeading the team of Project manager to follow the same production pattern for each project ad keeping the same quality level and same production style for all of themDefine a shared vision of the quality of the content and a shared route of how run the projectQualifications5-8 years of experience in a similar function or related fieldfirst degree (undergraduate) or an advanced vocational qualificationTechnical SkillsBackground in the content production (videomaking, post-production)Understanding the efforts and resource needed in for the production of a contentProved leadershipA strong knowledge of the visual communication environmentBig interest on social media and new technologiesGood relationship skillsTeam spiritStrong ability to manage last minutes requestsFast thinking: ability on problem solvingLanguagesItalian (native)English (Advanced)another language is a plusAre you ready to contribute to transforming and enhancing every aspect of the sports industry?
