Responsibilities · Participation in digital marketing strategies to drive traffic acquisition and increase website visibility.· Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.· Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and phrases to target in online advertising campaigns.· Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to optimize campaign performance.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the content manager and designers, to develop engaging and high-converting landing pages and ad creatives.· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in traffic acquisition, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital advertising.· Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement in traffic acquisition strategies.· Identify and implement new traffic acquisition channels and tactics to expand our reach and target new audiences.· Able to manage lead generation campaigns and link them to the CRM acquisition flow.
Required Skills · Experience in manufacturing B2B companies and e-commerce.· In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and social media advertising.· Proficiency in managing and optimizing PPC advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and Social Media.· Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.· Excellent knowledge of GA4, GTM Server Side, Meta Insight and Linkedin Insight, to track and report on key performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams around the world.· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.· Problem-solving skills to identify new opportunities for traffic acquisition and campaign optimization.· Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to conduct keyword research and analysis for external and internal search engine.· Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and the ability to implement and analyze tests to improve conversion rates.· Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools.
Required Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.· Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on traffic acquisition.· Proven track record of managing successful PPC advertising campaigns and driving traffic growth.· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development languages is a plus.· Experience with e-commerce or lead generation websites is preferred.· Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and digital marketing trends.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Excellent English fluency.· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
