We are looking for you to continue and expand this success story together.The Senior Legal Counsel, Southern Europe will be part of Tesla's EMEA legal team working on legal matters in Italy, Spain, France and Portugal, ranging from sales, service and marketing to commercial contracts, consumer protection and regulatory matters as well as Tesla's Supercharger business.
The focus for this role is to be the trusted advisor for the business leadership in Italy, Spain, France and Portugal.
You will specifically support in legal matters related to the service and sales business within Tesla and advise on applicable statutory and consumer protection laws, regulatory matters, marketing and real estate and Supercharger contracts as well as proactively manage outside counsel.The role can be based in Italy, Spain or Portugal, but candidates from other areas are also strongly encouraged to apply.
Strong command of most of the applicable languages is highly desired.
Some business travel will be required.You are a team player, highly organized, self-motivated, pro-active and entrepreneurial.
