Renewable Energy Senior Legal Counsel Milan Italy PermanentNegotiableWe are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel specializing in Administrative Law for one of our international client.
This role is based in their Milan office and will report directly to the Managing Director.
As part of the legal department, you will be responsible for supporting various legal aspects related to the development of renewable energy projects, mainly BESS.Key Responsibilities:Support the authorization process for project development, particularly for BESS projects.Draft legal contracts related to authorizations for the development and construction of renewable energy plants.Assist with due diligence for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financing, or joint ventures concerning project portfolios and companies in the energy sector.Provide legal advice on administrative law matters impacting renewable energy projects.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Law.Qualified to practice law in Italy (member of a legal professional association).Over 6 years of experience in Administrative Law, with a focus on renewable energy being highly desirable.High level of proficiency in EnglishStrong knowledge of Italian administrative procedures, particularly those related to energy and environmental regulations.If you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about contributing to the growth of renewable energy, please apply for the vacancy.About Us Climate17 is a purpose-led, international Renewable Energy & Sustainability recruitment firm.
