Senior Fp&A / M&A Manager

Our PE clients based near Milan is seeking to hire a seasoned Transaction Services professional to join their expanding Finance team.
The role will be a mixture of Group M&A as the business gears up to make more acquisitions, as well as supporting the Group FPA Director with group planning, strategy, and data analysis.
The ideal candidate will have spent some time in a Big 4 transaction services environment working on the buy and sell side of M&A.
Following on from that you will have moved into industry in an FPA capacity.
You will have management experience, leading a small FP&A team leading the reporting process for an International business.
You will be degree qualified and have experience of working in a fast paced, Industrial business and be used to supporting C-Suite professionals.
You will be able to show senior management what good looks like in terms of data, board reporting and BI.
On a group wide basis, you will be liaising with Europe and North America and take the lead, spearheading the budget and forecasting process.
Additionally, you will support the Group M&A Director with ad hoc projects as business needs dictate.
This role will be working in the office on a hybrid basis with flexibility to work from home / remotely.
