About the role ROLE: ( Senior) Digital Product Manager LOCATION: Full Remote, max 2 hours +/- CET; We're looking for someone who can make it to our HQ within a max 3-hour flight from Milan and is willing to come over occasionally (once a quarter) to meet the team and stakeholders.
SALARY RANGE: 46k-60k + 10% OF BONUS + 8€ MEAL VOUCHERS TRAINING BUDGET: for professional development (conferences, courses, meetups) We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Digital Product Manager who will work closely with our consumers, business owners, and the rest of the Monkeys team (other Product Managers, Data & Developers) to deliver digital products.
What you'll do: As a Product Manager, you will work in our consumer communities and make them thrive.
Own the vision and overall roadmap for communities in WeRoad.
Manage a product roadmap from inception through implementation; create the vision, craft the user experience, and drive execution including 0->1 products.
Work with our users and develop strong empathy for them.
Represent the business owner and end-customer within the development team.
Identify the essential qualities of each feature.
Understand and explain complex technical issues.
Use good judgment to make appropriate trade-offs.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
Serve as the main point-of-contact and overall lead within your product area.
What you'll bring to the table: Experience in a product management role.
Experience in user research.
Technical background with solid knowledge of software development and web technologies.
Hands-on experience across all stages of the product life cycle.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent project management, scheduling & prioritization skills.
Great communication skills.
Ability to navigate through data.
A perfect candidate has: An innovative and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
A super lean and practical approach.
The instinct to get on a whiteboard and explain your thinking.
Exceptional ability to grasp, manage, and articulate product dynamics and data insights.
Technical depth that allows you to communicate with engineers.
Previous consumer experience is a plus.
Previous experience in user research is a plus.
Previous mobile products experience is a plus.
A track record of being proactive and persuading colleagues.
