The Senior Manager for Fluids and Medical defines and implements a strategic plan to grow short and long-term SEE market share in the Fluids & Medical area with specific initiatives and a customer-centric approach. Reporting to the Executive Director Strategic Marketing, the candidate will identify customers' pain points in the value chain to win end-user preference, giving inputs and strategic recommendations to deploy packaging solutions in the Fluids and Medical film business leveraging on current and future SEE portfolio.

Co-operating with marketing enablement manager, sales operations and content teams to develop and roll-out campaign sales tools, landing pages, presentations, and brochures to promote SEE presence in Fluids & Medical business.Acting as the knowledge center and a pioneer of the business segments. Qualifying and prioritizing leads and driving the follow-up process between Marketing Team, Sales and MarCom.Developing and maximizing strategic partnership relationships with our existing and new partners for common growth.Qualifications- Italy based
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written
- 10+ years' experience in the packaging industry and Marketing Background strongly preferred.
- Experience in Project Management is an advantage.
- Ability to liaise, influence, and coordinate across functions and countries.
- Market knowledge and analysis to identify future market trends and customer needs.
- Creativity to develop market strategies, with the drive to develop and introduce these new systems into the marketplace.
- Ownership and initiative in everything you do with limited supervision and thrive working as part of cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills combined with a willingness to embrace ideas from outside regions and companies.
