HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE Consulting mission Be part of a team of consultants and actively participate to clients' missions: Crunching data and preparing analysis results Helping in producing deliverables for the clients Developing client relationships by meeting with them regularly to assess their needs and progress Supporting the preparation of project committees Business Development Preparation and strategical study of sector/client stakes, benchmarking, and evaluation of external partnerships.
Communication Marketing Participation to brand awareness improvement through social media strategy and content creation, participation and organization of events, … WHO YOU ARE Experience (2+ years) in Risk Regulation projects within the leading consulting firms or the main Insurance market players Knowledge of the main insurance business, control and supporting processes Good knowledge of the Solvency II, IDD and main IVASS's regulations, ESG and sustainability impacts on Insurance industry Experiences in the implementation of the Risk Governance framework for insurance companies Estimation process of Technical Provisions, local and international accounting principles (IFRS17, IFRS9) will be considered as a plus Analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines in complex work processes involving multiple parallel demands Entrepreneurial mindset, p roactivity, curiosity and capability to work with a relative degree of autonomy Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite Knowledge of analytics tools such as Python and data visualization tools (Power BI) is also highly appreciated Italian and English languages are mandatory, a third one is a plus Passion for consulting WHY TO JOIN TNP ITALIA Start-up environment supported by a structured international group Each opinion counts: here at TNP Italia, your voice will be heard Dynamic team in which innovation is the main driver in all of our activities.
