Role We are currently looking for a dynamic, creative and enthusiast Social Media Manager for our Milan office.
You will design social media strategies, write social copies and liaise daily with creatives, designers and media planners in a vibrant and positive working environment. You will also implement and execute influencer marketing projects and special projects on branded content.
Here some of the responsibilities you will have: - Own the performance of the social media channels, campaigns and drive internal teams and the client around perpetual performance
- Have a desire to understand the latest digital marketing and social media trends and a hunger to continually develop as a professional
- Work autonomously, take direction, and translate that into action
- Expert execution across all Social Media platforms (including LinkedIn, TikTok, and more)
- Creative ideas that set the agency and the clients' performances apart
- Acute awareness of any updates happening on the platforms and how they may affect social media strategies
- Being proficient across different social media tools (knowledge of Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Brandwatch and other tools is considered a plus)
- Having an eye for detail, style, and Social Media trends
- Always remaining on point with what's relevant and staying on top of the news with the ability to react to commercial trends or dates in the brand's tone of voice
- Hyper-organisation and project management skills
- Work closely with the Creative team to develop innovative and creative social media content plans
- Conceptualize and create great organic content focused and tailored ad-hoc for each different channel
- Create the content and manage the editorial calendars for channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter etc., as well as managing the editorial calendar and posting
- Write social media copies in Italian and English (with mother tongue supervision)
- Manage the social media communities and reply to comments and messages on behalf of the Client
- Monitor, report and evaluate clients' social channels, industry trends and competitor activities
- Report on main KPIs for all channels involved
- Manage & execute influencer marketing and branded content projects
- Help with ad-hoc tasks related to Social Media and PR
Requirements - 4 years of experience in social media
- Excellent copywriting, proofreading and editing skills
- Fluent in English (both written and oral), C1/C2 level at least
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the internal teams, Clients and the external providers
- Strategic thinking and very good operational attitude
- Throughout knowledge of the social media scenario, new trends and platforms + A keen understanding of the Marketing and Advertising Industry
- Ability to spot viral trends beforehand and act quickly to maximize traffic across social platforms
- Social attitude and flexibility
- High standards and an excellent attention to detail
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
