Senior Buyer Cmos & Packaging Materials

Adecco LifeScience, per realtà leader nel settore farmaceutico, ricerca una risorsa nel ruolo di BUYER Packaging Materials & CMOs Main Activities, Tasks and Responsibilities Contribute to ensure alignment between Business strategy and the Procurement strategy Issuing clear Requests for Quotation of different CMOs or Direct Materials' Suppliers in any process or project Contribute to solve potential single-source topics by proposing appropriate risk plan Assess Procurement audit at CMOs and Direct Materials' Suppliers Support on preparation, definition and issuing of standard contracts Ensure orders commissioning, expediting and lead time optimization Cooperate to the definition of savings objectives and their achievement by mean of driving the commercial and contract negotiations with CMO or Direct Materials' Suppliers involved Ensure the satisfaction of internal stakeholders by providing quality and timely Procurement services and assistance Ensure a continuous monitoring of CMO and Direct Materials' Suppliers by mean of typical market tools (i.e.
: web data base, exhibition visits, congresses, etc.)
Builds and maintains mutually beneficial relationship with CMO's and Direct Materials' Suppliers by mean of a structured meeting system (Business Review Meetings) and KPIs collection Requirements Degree: BS Engineering Management, MS Pharma Manufacturing Engineering, or Finance, or equivalent background Good experience in Industrial Procurement Organizations Good negotiation and influencing skills to be able to convince relevant stakeholders A hands-on team player with good interpersonal and leadership skills Location: Milano (linea M2) Working hours: 9.00-18.00 Mon-Fri + smart working What we offer: CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, livello e RAL da valutare in sede di colloquio, tempo indeterminato con l'azienda + mensa interna + welfare aziendale + PDP annuo Lingue conosciute: Inglese: Comprensione Ottimo Disponibilità oraria: Full Time CCNL: Chimico-Farmaceutico Patente: B Mezzo di trasporto: Auto #J-18808-Ljbffr
