Job DescriptionYou will identify, nurture, and convert prospects into long-term partners and customersYou will leverage the company's existing network and deals to create new revenue streamsYou will build rapport with senior executives, operations managers, and decision-makers within target industriesYou will take ownership of existing and future contracts, ensuring their execution and profitabilityYou will create and refine sales processes, pricing strategies, and deal-closing tacticsYou will collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needsYou will develop and execute strategies to penetrate markets in Italy, Austria, Germany,and beyondYou will stay informed about industry trends and customer needs in mobility,infrastructure, and energy sectorsYou will act as the primary point of contact with key customers and stakeholdersYou will establish trust and confidence with operational teams and decision-makersYou will achieve revenue targets linked to KPIs, including customer acquisition, retentionrates, and user engagementQualificationsYou have 8+ years in business development, sales, or commercial roles, preferably in oil and gas, logistics, energy, or infrastructureYou have a proven track record in deal-closing and relationship managementYou have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholdersYou have excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English (German is a strong plus)You are comfortable navigating both tech start-up and corporate landscapesYou are resilient, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve results
