Description The roleWe are looking for a Senior Brand Manager based in our Milan Office.
Reporting to the Marketing manager in Italy you will join a multicultural team to work in our leading portfolio brand.
The Senior Brand Manager will be accountable for a global brand with the main aim to increase market share and brand's reputation, improve consumer experience and drive company's growth within the local market.What you will doUnderstand the category and Brand under her/his local responsibilityExecute in autonomy the monthly tracking deep dive analyzing sell in, sell out and consumer data to identify key insights, potential opportunities and action plans.Follow up on the main brand's KPÌs.Execute in autonomy the annual business review to identify local needs and new business opportunitiesDefine and implement the local Brand strategy.Work on the an annual marketing plan for the country: new product development, media & communication strategy, pricing strategy & consumer promotion activities in order to boost sales and grow the category.Take part in innovation strategy projects Manage approved brand budge and approved marketing A&P spend with strong commercial acumenImplement and monitor the annual media strategy together with the global team and the agency .Drive local ad hoc PR and BTL activations to support the brand equityBuild strong, trusted relationships with the key stakeholders both in local and global team to ensure a productive teamwork.What we are looking for+5 years of experience in Marketing Department within a FMCG industryStrategic thinking University Degree on Business Administration/Marketing or equivalentExperience in marketing through all leverages: product development, media activation plans, pricing and point of sales activities.Ability to analyze and interpret performance management data and make recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of the marketing activitiesGood organizational skills.
Experience of working and delivering multiple projectsLeadership & Energy to implement new projectsEnglish is our main language.
