Senior Analyst

The senior analyst should support the activities developed by the M&A Advisory and Debt Advisory team and directly participate in the whole process and in the executive stages of the projects in which he/she is involved. The main activities are:
Balance sheet analysis and reclassificationMarket screeningIndustry analysisData research and analysisTarget list preparationPreparation of teaser, info-memo, etc.The resource should work autonomously on the preparation of industrial plans and corporate evaluations and support the senior partners in managing relationships with clients and counterparts.
The senior analyst should also deal with marketing activities and new client research.
The ideal candidate is a graduate in Economics (finance or management) with at least 103/110 and has 2-3 years of work experience in merchant banks, M&A boutiques, private equity funds, or transaction services in Big 4.
Basic Competences: IT Competences: Windows, Excel, Power Point.Languages: Fluent English (both written and spoken).Economic culture, knowledge of our studies and activities (edited on the website).Selection: The candidate should send the CV, a cover letter, and a clean passport-type photo.
