Responsibilities SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S.p.A, one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S.p.A. ensures daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).
This is a fixed-term position lasting 12 months.

Tasks and responsibilities: Perform daily activities concerning Bond, Covered Warrant & Certificates Income Payments Perform the reconciliation of the income payments between custodian and our internal results Collect Custodians information concerning Bond, Covered Warrant & Certificates Income Payments Reconciliation of preliminary notifications & final confirmations (actual funds received) Process the events in CAD 2.0 system in order to inform the beneficial holders about the income details and credit the incomes in clients account Support Client's requests and complaints, providing solutions and answers Profile required Studies & experience: Bachelor's degree in Economics/Social Studies At least 1 year of experience in Banking Preferable: prior experience in Securities Services Language skills: Italian: C2 English: B2 Technical, operational & Soft skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Empowerment and Accountability Orientation to multiple goals Results orientation Team Spirit Collective Mindset Why join us In a highly competitive and fragmented financial market, our ambition is to be the reference partner recognized for its service quality and competitiveness, its agile solutions, and international network coverage.
