Senior Advisor - Supply Chain Finance

Our client, international consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Advisor to strengthen its Debt Advisory Team with a Supply Chain Financing expert.
He/she will be involved in formulating strategic business plan to achieve bd targets and will be responsible for driving origination and commercial strategy for all advisory solutions dedicated to the improvement of Working Capital & Supply Chain Financing, with particular focus on Factoring and Reverse Factoring opportunities.
As a Lead Salesperson, he/she will be committed to develop and implement a client planning approach, mapping out the prospects and key customers (SME as main target group), the key relationships and decision makers within those accounts in order to create, manage and develop new business client opportunities, working alongside an experienced team.
He/she will act as Focal Point and trusted Partner for the clients, through an ongoing dialogue with CFOs or each other decision makers for Finance matters.
The ideal candidate should have: • Proven experience (10+ years) in product know-how, sales or business development roles, management of a dedicated P&L, specifically gained in corporate commercial bank or financial institutions focused on supply chain finance, receivable financing, trade finance or similar credit solutions; • Consolidated network of potential clients to start from in this advisory role; • Solid capability of identifying customer needs through advisory selling; • Prior experience in delivering exceptional results in a multinational organization with complex matrix structures; • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences, in English as well; • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across different departments or business units within the organization; • Track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, with a focus on long-term partnership development; • Availability to consider a freelance or self-employed status (P. Iva) envisaging a base compensation D+ bonus remuneration scheme.
