Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Ipsos, a global leader in market research and consulting, is searching a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Milan office.
About this opportunity As CFO of Ipsos in Italy, you will have the opportunity to manage the financial activities of the company, working closely with the Country Manager and the local Management Committee to achieve ambitious goals. In a dynamic and international environment, you will be able to actively contribute to the growth and success of Ipsos.
Key Responsibilities · Financial Strategy: Define and implement the financial strategy, in line with the global vision of the Group and the specific needs of the Italian market.
· Financial Management: Supervise and be responsible for the management of all financial aspects of Ipsos in Italy (accounting, monthly reporting to the Group, liquidity optimization, budgeting and quarterly forecasts), with particular attention to cost control and optimization.
· Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate with the Country Manager and Service Lines Heads to identify areas for improvement and for the development and implementation of financial planning and budgeting to support business growth.
· Compliance: Ensure that the company's financial statements are accurate and submitted promptly in Ipsos' accounting systems and in accordance with Ipsos Group policies and Italian regulations. Manage relationships with banking institutions, auditors and relevant authorities.
· Leadership: Lead and motivate the Finance team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability and professional excellence.
· Pricing and negotiations: help the business to define the most appropriate project pricing and define the negotiations strategies to be implemented. Lead in person the most relevant negotiations with major clients and vendors.
