The Group's main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, either directly or indirectly through subsidiaries, joint ventures, and licensing and distribution agreements.Are you looking for a place where innovation, efficiency and Information Technology meet life science?We are looking for a SAP Specialist focused on Operations modules to join our Global ITS Organization within the Global Business Solution- Downstream Upstream.What is the purpose of the role?SAP Business Specialist will be part of the Bracco ITS Global Organization, being the main expert of at least one of the SAP Operations modules PP, QM, PM, MM, CS, acting as ITS focal point for the related business area: site operations, procurement, quality, plant maintenance, as well as order fulfillment and logistics, including primary and secondary distribution and customer service processes…S/He is responsible to coordinate all the on-going activities and support projects delivery, driving the functional analysis of business requests and helping business functions, to identify the best solution to translate business requirements into a SAP centered IT architecture.Duties and responsibilitiesInclude, but not limited to the following:Architect and Solution Design: Support business requirements definition, conduct functional and technical analysis, design solutions, and configure the SAP S/4 HANA system to meet business needs.Testing and Training: Plan and execute comprehensive tests and oversee/user training, ensuring proper documentation release.Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4 HANA modules with other SAP modules and third-party systems/applications.Support and Maintenance: Supervise and provide ongoing support managing the trouble ticketing process, ensuring the smooth operation of SAP Operations modules, escalating incidents and changes to external support, when necessaryProject Management: Support project management processes, including planning, monitoring, and managing risks and stakeholder expectations.External Vendors Management: Monitor service delivery according to agreed service levels and costs.Compliance: Ensure compliance with existing guidelines and regulations, focusing on GxP, quality, and SOD guidelines, and provide support during inspections.Your ProfileAt least 3 years experience in SAP (S/4 HANA preferable), of at least one of SAP Operations modules: PP,PM,QM,MM,CS Good understanding of data integration between SAP and other systems/applications through middleware (e.g., SAP BTP, Mulesoft).Overall knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA SD (Sales and Distribution) module (preferable).Good experience in project management Willingness to travel up to 10%.Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (preferable).Any SAP S/4 HANA PP/QM/PM/CS/MM certification is preferred.EducationBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, economy (preferable).PMP/PRINCE 2 Certification (Project in Controlled Environments) (preferable).Scaled Agile Methodologies (preferable).Professional KnowledgeKnowledge of project management, Agile methodologies, and approaches for IT project and activity management.Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare operating model, including related regulations (preferable) and Computer Systems Validation principlesGood knowledge of the Office 365 suite and collaboration tools.Good knowledge of project management tools (preferable).Understanding of ITIL practices (preferable).Additional knowledge of ITSM tools: ServiceNow (preferable).Intermediate written and spoken English – other languages an advantage.Fluent Italian is preferred.If you meet the requirements of this opportunity and are interested in joining an international group that works to improve patients' lives, apply now!At Bracco, we believe in the values of diversity and inclusion.
