GroupM is looking for a passionate, highly driven, and curious Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to join our Data & Tech Unit. We partner with businesses to help them grow incrementally by modernizing their media and marketing capabilities at the speed of change.
The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders from several Areas and external clients with the objective to drive sales results across the digital touchpoints.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in order to lead the whole process, from data collection up to final presentation and discussion with the client. Manage CRM activations on Salesforce Marketing Cloud through email, SMS, push, and additional activation channels. Ideate, design, and implement automations and customer journeys. Manage data model on SFMC and create segmentation logics through query. Personalize communications through dynamic content and AMP script. Analyze the performance of CRM campaigns with raw data coming from multiple sources. ABOUT YOU
2+ years of experience in consulting or marketing firms in CRM teams. Educated to degree level in Digital Marketing, Engineering Management, Computer Engineering, or any related fields. Solid hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (knowledge of other CRM tools is a huge plus). Proficient in relational databases and skilled in query languages (e.g., SQL). Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, including media queries for responsive design. Strong skills in data management, capable of effectively supporting the data analyst with data extraction and performance analysis. Knowledge of GDPR-related topics with a focus on data actionability. Salesforce platform certification will be considered a plus. Fluent in English (written, spoken, and reading). Self-motivated, proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and autonomously. Experienced in working in challenging matrix environments is a plus. Nice to have:
Experience in the automotive industry. Knowledge and experience in digital media. Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI or Tableau). LOCATION
